Party Under The Feeder Gift-Boxed Mug

I purchased other “birds with flower hats” from a gift shop a few years ago and wanted to add to my wife’s collection. The printing on these were too dark and there were gaps in the image. These do not look as high quality as the ones I purchased in the past.

I was disappointed in the quality of the printing on the mug. I have several of the mugs in different designs and this was not of the same quality. Too much contrast lost a lot of the detail. The finish also was not of the same quality as the others. Love the designs by Vicki Sawyer - would like to get this design in the future with better printing.

Absolutely LOVE this artist and have purchased this mug multiple times for gifts.

The artist's style is a great wedding of absolute realism with witty whimsy, and right up my wife's ornithological/squirrel-loving alley! I was, however: greatly disappointed by customer service. I placed a specific order with four components of that pattern for my wife's Christmas morning meal: one item was shown in stock, was confirmed with my entire order but: after it had shipped, I received an e-mail telling me that my order had been "modified" - with one most necessary pieces not available, though it had already been confirmed. If customer service had had the courtesy to let me know BEFORE the order shipped, so I could then decide to go ahead or cancel the entire incomplete order: I would have appreciated it. As was, I received an incomplete order and therefore presented an ill-planned total missing one critical item on Christmas morning to my wife.

By far my favorite mug. It is the perfect size and the birds/animals are wonderful. I have given these as gifts and the gift boxes they come in are an added bonus!
