My mug had a defective pattern. Company immediately apologized and sent a new mug that arrived 4 days after contacting them. They didn't want the original back so I donated it. Will purchase from them again.

I am so intrigued by the artwork on all these mugs, especially this snowy owl~just so beautiful I could stare at it all morning! This is my third mug so far and plan to collect more. Great company~I always appreciate free shipping too.

I ordered 2 owl mugs - Snow Queen was one of them. Love these mugs. The Snow Queen is a beautiful design, well made and I love drinking my coffee from this mug. The mug itself is well designed, nicely balanced, comfortable handle, and nice size for a generous cup of coffee. I also love the gift boxes these mugs arrive in. Look forward to adding to my new collection.
