I've ordered from PPD multiple times and have never had an issue. They ship quality products, well packed and in a very quick manner.

I ordered a similar product thinking it came from PPD and had a terrible experience. They were matches that were of such terrible quality that sparks would fly when you went to strike them. I love the quality of PPD products.
