Wilderness Buffalo Gift-Boxed Mug

I bought the moose for one son and the other got the bison.

I never received the order, I reached out to the customer service email and never got a response. Sent a follow-up email and got no response. There is no phone number listed to call, which would be helpful as emails are not being responded to.

I love the mug! It was NOT delivered i had to hunt it down and go to a near by town and pick it up before the sent it back to Baltimore again. Somehow after receiving the purchase conformation email from you ( my shipping address was correct) to receiving the shipping conformation my address was changed from North East to Elkton Maryland which made the package undeliverable. Someone needs to double check the delivery address before shipping.

These mugs are a perfect size, light but substantial, generous handle size. I’ve purchased several and enjoy the wonderful graphic designs. The awesome boxes make these perfect gifts too!
