Printing on mugs was blurry, terrible quality

I have bought paper product designs before. Unfortunately, the two mugs I mail ordered came with blurry printing. Compared to the pristine Lee clear printing on mugs that I purchased previously, these were both blurry. I’m deeply unsatisfied and I’m appalled at the quality.
